Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SkyK Networks (“we”) collects through the CardBee app (net.skyk.cardbee) and this website. By using CardBee you agree to this policy.

Summary

CardBee is local-first. Cards, cycles, cashback rules, and payment history live on your device by default. Signing in is optional and only enables cloud backup. We do not connect to your bank. We never invent a balance or pull statements automatically.

Data stored on your device

• Card nicknames, statement and payment days, optional last-four digits, colours, and fee settings
• Billing cycles, payment status, optional statement amounts and notes
• Cashback rules and spends you log
• Installment plans you enter
• Settings (language, currency, theme, reminder preferences)
• Optional app lock PIN — stored only on the device, never uploaded
• Local notification schedule

Optional cloud backup

If you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we store the same app data under your Firebase Auth user ID in Cloud Firestore, plus the identity the sign-in provider gives us (typically an email and provider UID). PIN codes are not uploaded. You can sign out at any time; local data stays on the device. Deleting the account in Settings removes cloud backup and the Auth user. Local data remains until you clear app storage.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications only. There is no marketing push server. On Android the app may request permission to schedule exact alarms so reminders fire on time.

Biometrics

If you enable app lock, Face ID or fingerprint is handled by the operating system. We do not receive biometric templates.

Purchases

CardBee Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and processed by RevenueCat. We receive confirmation that a purchase completed and which entitlement to unlock. We do not see or store your payment card number.

Advertising

The free plan may show interstitial ads from Google AdMob after some actions. AdMob may use device identifiers such as the advertising ID, coarse location as permitted by the platform, and interaction data to select and measure ads, under Google’s policies. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in system settings. Pro removes these ads. We do not sell your card nicknames, due dates, or payment history to advertisers.

Crash reporting

Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash stacks, app version, and device metadata so we can fix bugs. This is tied to an installation identifier, not to your card list.

This website

The marketing site is static. The contact form opens your own mail app; we do not store form submissions on this server. Standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent) may be processed by Cloudflare to operate and protect the site.

Children

CardBee is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

• Use the app fully without an account
• Turn reminders, ads (via Pro), and app lock on or off as the product allows
• Delete the cloud account in Settings; clear local data by uninstalling or clearing storage
• Email privacy questions to [email protected]

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
